Unless something has changed since the last time I PM'd Chris Chu about possible takeovers, there cannot be a hostile takeover.
Poet has a poison pill of "voting-but-non-monetary-shares" to secure the vote. I presume that vote, however, could also be used to vote "for" a takeover.
I'd appreciate clarification if I have this wrong.
