I'm sorry, but it would not surprise me at all if we hear of the next milestone and the new CEO at the same time - not much different than the Synopsis and "third party" announcements. Something like "this is what we have now, and this is who going to lead the charge from here."

If we are looking for some major impact, a one-two punch is the way to do it. The company can control the release of milestone achievements only in the slightest, yet they can easily control the CEO unveiling to be in sync with the release of milestone news. This action would give the new CEO lots to talk about with the media.

It is also possible we get a one-two-three announcement with $$$ attached, especially if the new CEO is from the ranks of a partner.
