It would depend on his outgoing clauses on his previous deal. But it would make sense that "IF" (covering my speculating rear end here) it is Mr. Read it would take some time to tie up any loose strings, and then negotiate his deal with his new employer. Then theres the board/executive selections he may have input on and all their potential deals etc. So yes March 1st and onward may be the target area as well.
