Exactly this excellent relation of risk and reward is so astonishing. Some see x500, some x50 and some (pessimists?) x5. But ey, also x2 is really nice; take your money to the bank account and you will receive below 1%.
What I do not understand are these penny flippers. Yes, they can (easily?) make 5-10% just by selling in the morning and buying back in the evening, or by selling on Thurstay and buying back on Friday night. But with a stock like PTK this is really not wise. We all know that the management does not care much about the SP, no pom pom, no strategic "manipulations". And this means that a significant NR can happen any time, on every day of the week, also during the trading hours or in a week with a Canada day.
And one thing I am sure about: Seeing this upward potential of x5 to x500 I am sure we once will have a NR with a trading stop and a huge gap.
Imagine: milestones completed with tremendous performance rates. Plus an instant upfront payment. Or and offer for 10% of the shares (for some Billions). Or just a stinky bid from one vertical to take over PTK. We know that PTK is not on sale, but one offer of let us say 5 CAD which will be immediately rejected - still will multiply the SP within a minute.
So who will want to live with this risk having sold for some % -but missing out such an event? Sorry, to me these flippers are having no vision of what is POET, and they just will miss out this party.
NOT ME!
