I am highly indebted to Peter Copetti. If you really look at how everything has played out so far, there was hardly a mistep in the extensive talent search that has resulted in putting together what is probably the most tech savvy and market oriented management team Dr. Taylor's vision deserves. Sure this has taken longer than expected, but it is understandable given the depth of selection of these people who have a link to all areas of the potential market for POET products from domestic semi infrastructure (think fruit-driven applications) right up to state of the art military uses. Peter has been responsible for this and knew enough to step back when everything was put in place.
