I remember a conversation I had with Sam Peralta a couple years ago. In it he commented on Peter"s devotion and hard work....he was putting in longer hours than even Taylor at some points and was instrumental in many of the developments for Poet.

I think Peter has worked hard for POET and we owe him a debt of thanks....that being said...giving predictions of any kind, whether it be share price or deals or Nasdaq or anything else...maybe should have been avoided, so that shareholders wouldn't be disappointed when situations change in a fluid technological and business environment.

This board is just doing the same thing it has always done when the share price takes a sh$# kicking....they lash out at management and talk about all the things they should or shouldn't be doing.

If any of us on this board were such business/ technology experts....we"d already be rich.
