An interesting detail might be that during Q3/2015 not a single warrant has been exercised. That means that all of the 11,065,387 new shares issued in Q3 are from exercised options.

Remaining warrants: 8,770,733 (2015-09-30)
Remaining options: 28,453,000 (17,229,750 of them exercisable, 2015-09-30)

With 194,014,315 outstanding shares (as of 2015-09-30) that means a fully-diluted share count of 222,467,315.

Since the end of Q3 (2015-09-30) 1,409,500 warrants or options have been exercised.
