TMX apps info website is (very often) unsynchronized, or from time-to-time, just plain wrong.

we learned this in February when I had to give them several dozen corrections.

their data is based upon -- but maintained differently than -- TMX Equity Services (the transfer agent) -- which is a separate arm of TMX.

financials published by the company are the legal records, and are matched exactly by the transfer agent's records.

they must be correct, from an audit standpoint.

the TMX apps info website (the one that you linked) does not have to be correct -- it's viewed as a public convenience only.
