I'm ok with the current options being awarded to the management. It's just as you say, an incentive to bring the SP up. I'm not ok with issuing new options to management without the results that should be expected with that handout. Our Chair and CEO already have millions of reasons to bring the SP up. They deserve what they were awarded, not more until their efforts are realized and reflected in the SP. I just don't understand how any long would not agree to this line of thinking.
