I'm sorry, but I am camped with the "no more cheap options". Been here for years, seen this activity too many times before. This management is savy enough to get the job done without going to the trough again. Frankly fed up with the dishing out.

No problem with M & A's with shares if it adds great value. No problem with options tied to results. No problem with options way higher than current sp. Price them where we should be not where we are!

Poet guys............... if this all about shareholder value as has been said, know its been almost 8 years and not much value at all. Use what you have to make this happen. Your long term shareholders have been very amenable thus far, but its got to stop now.

I'm sorry, but getting tired of the same old............"we need this, we need that". If you have the tech as you, and we, believe, then make it happen with the tools you have already been given and stop asking your stakeholders to continually pay the way.

And by the way, send out a note to the world that the reverse split is off the table. Just do it now! I sent another note to IR about this with no response. Get it together.

I'll be voting NO to the options unless something major happens before the AGM.
