I have also addressed my views to Robert.
His response has been that management are aware of our concerns. Short and sweet.
Not everything should be always "OK, carry on with your pet project. Do whatever you want."
You live and learn. I now only invest in companies where management has risked their own $$$$.
All IMO. Voting a Big NO
Management (IBK buddies included) have the votes and can do whatever they please. Comforting? Not for me. But what are you going to do. A strong NO vote will make them think a bit when dishing out the golden tickets.
