If the share price was $2.00 do you think we will be having this discussion? __________________Yes I would vote the same since my opinion doesn't depend on the SP but on the "value" of the shares in my account. Since I bought in I have "lost" 30% of the value in my account if the SP would be exactly the same. But it isn't, it's lower than my average unfortunately. So to get the same "value" for my share the SP would already need to get way above my average to make just good what has gone from my original share value for dilution. ______________But for this I don't blame the management since I have known the "fully diluted" share count. So this was my own risk and I am good with that. The new shares for the both acquisitions are also fine for me, since they added value to POET and so to my shares.___________What I hold the management for and especially also Ajit is the phrase "shareholder value" which I have heard sooo many times in the last 2 years, but didn't feel it yet (SP wise). Taking the RS off the table, keeping the options on 36 Mio shares instead of always 20% and doing something to stabilize the SP (exchange we are trading on, not saying "we don't care about the SP, buying shares on the market or whatever) would be good things to show shareholder value.______________Of course I would also be happy to see the first deal of customers which PC said we are speaking to since 1,5 years. But unfortunately nobody was yet eager enough to cut a deal so I wouldn't call them customers, maybe interested parties. I am just a bit enoyed that I have believed some of the promises from PC like "NAS in June". But that's my own fault._________As I said, I trust and support the management otherwiseI would have sold, but I kept on buying. Now I am completely out of money, so I can't average down. And unfortunately I do not have the chance to get any cheap options and/or warrants.
