With all due respect, those are pathetic share totals to try and argue someone of note is "taking a position".  I means seriously, I literally laughed aloud.   Sorry, but I did, those stats reek "inconsequential retail" all day long.  There was a time this stock had real volume, now we are reduced to chasing paltry amounts and trying to elevate to something else?  Again, no disrespect meant, I just don't get it at all.

Considering that the retail investment community which even knows about POET is still very small, and considering that many of these are likely very underwater and not wanting to sell until the Company issues the kind of news that will finally clarify key details of its business prospects and/deals going forward, you can argue that over the past months since the PO, accumulation has been taking place among those that are actually in position to do so, as well as among groups or individuals that do understand POET's tech. 

Given the virtual standstill of the SP during this time, it may be the only sort of accumulation possible, unless some larger retail holders were to throw in the towel. In such case we would have volume, but not of the kind that will be joyful to discuss.
