I take that statement back sula. The most recent CP claerly states they are still developing the HFETs as part of Electrical devices. The BICFETs is for the thyristor switches as part of the 4th terminal device. 

One thing i've learnt is that I don't understand the nuances of this technology and therefore reserve comment on what that actually means.
