This is a really good point Genew,
I tried digging but couldn't find it. I however remember reading this though and found it funny that they would specifically mention this exclusion. This is usually done to make it clear that the big elephant in the room which has been worked on before the new hire doesn't trigger a huge commission.
Can anyone recall who posted it and can dig it up?
