Keeping in mind that the hiring of a specific number of engineers could well be a sign of potental, but it is also a necessity in order to comply with the agreement between PoET anf the Singapore EDB. The last thing PoET needs at this point is to fall into noncompliance by failing to have the required number of engineers on staff and lose their eligibility for further grant money.
