Message: Baba's Truth

FJ, "Baba's evolving thoughts" is fine and is always the case, but not as catchy as "Baba's Truth."  And I certainly did not want to label it "The Truth" cuz, that's such a difficult term to use in matters of the stock market.  But it is my truth on what is going on.

To me, the offering would have been far more palatable and fair to all if the unit price had been .60.  But I realize how things work and like I said, the offering is so much better than the prior offering - let's just agree that the bar was set pretty darn low!

I initially was very suspicious of the price rise as a financing coming (and I posted that at the time), I came off of that somewhat (and posted that), but when I learned about the sudden rise in short interest, well, my suspicions came back (and I posted that).

I fully understand that money is needed to fuel this ship, and the mild disappointment comes not so much from the terms of the offering, rather the need for one at all.  I was hoping that whoever it is that is in charge of such things, would be able to persuade sufficient warrant holders to exercise, thus obviating the need for a dilutive financing at a "bargain" price.  Let's put it this way, plenty of posters felt that we wouldn't need the financing, but most seem to be okay with it, so that's good.

And I do not agree with your statement about the floor being established at .64 due to the high volume at that average price. It will take news or rumor to get us to .64 again.  I'm assuming we won't have another bought deal soon, so a price rise won't be as the result of underwriters stoking the share price fire.

My sense is that many posters are not aware of the scenario I posed - especially the pure techies.  I know you do understand it, as you are one of the few techy/market hybrids on this board.  Like a lawyer/doctor combo - dynamite in medical malpractice cases!
