It wasn't long ago that POET traded at 17 to 22 cents. They got a moderate financing at 55 cents. What does that mean? POET was able to negotiate more on their terms rather than get preyed upon. Needing more money was inevitable. Obviously, this is to be strategically applied. It is how the money is to be used as to what excites those who purchased this financing as a bought deal. The dividends of this investment may be nearer than many of us realize. So these bought deal investors were not of the toxic type normally preying upon speculative junior stocks; they are good for POET, and likely are platinum prime investors.
