Guernsey21: In double checking the published tender schedule, contract award was to happen sometime between June 4th and June 30th of this year, just around the time of the AGM.  Perhaps they were hoping for the contract pre AGM, but it has yet to materialize.  I’m not sure if this delay beyond June 30 is significant, or just a normal part of the Indian tendering process.
