Good analysis Shash, my post stating more time was needed met with yawns from some quarters, but the facts are as you stated.  My inclination is to accept the time table given of the second half of 2020 ie. June plus.

However, one further quote from the announcement worthy of consideration is in bold below.  To 'systematically address specific integration requirements' seems to me to suggest that the OI may now be in an advanced state to meet those requirements. What do you think?
