I am not blaming him except that he is the face of the policy.  Given that we have no other named customer but the JV which is said to be a supplier for Huawei, i think that the policy against Huawei is a danger the stock is in the process of discounting.  Not necessarily 100% rational since a great many other US chip manufacturers probably have more exposure (but of course as an offset they can supply the Huawei competitors who stand to gain if HW is pushed to the brink).  

Just trying to convey something that to me is an obvious headwind that has not really been discussed here.
