But do you spend the day with your head down a mine shaft???  Listen to what management said, it'll save you some angst.  NASDAQ when the time is right and design wins have derisked us further.  Rush it, and you'll be the first to criticise them when the SP plummets after a big RS to get there. We need large institutions and they are clearly dictating what needs to happen before they give us the seal of approval.
