Your opinion is different than mine. I think moving to NASDAQ could be beneficial in term of attract new investor (institution) that will help move the SP. Ask yourself why the market has not recognize POet technologies? Trust if PTK was on the NASDAQ today, the SP would be much much higher.RS is bad if you stay on the venture, but RS is goood if you move to an other exchange.

If you think the SP will go higher on the venture, i'll be more than happy but i think our best chance is on the NASDAQ. Low volume in the US in the past few days. Could you imagine a simili IPO on the NADSDAQ right now?

Maybe i'm wrong and thats ok. Just my humble opinion.

If the SP keep going down, i'll average down and thats ok for me.
