I strongly believe that it is mr. mika's communication policy or lack of and his track record on running companies that has the institutions staying away they do not truss him and with this minimal communication policy and his not answering questions at the last a gm have shareholders and institutions in a bit of an uncomfortable place, until this changes there is little chance of anything changing. 

Companies need to be very clear with shareholders to retain their trust and not answering questions is a good way of causing distrust whether there is or not. As someone posted once there is baggage, not good.
