This sound to me like this financing has the similarities of our absolutely horrible financing in 2016 where we did NOT fix a price and allowed the market participants to absolutely decimate our share price so they could get an extremely good deal while destrying shareholder value. And here we are again...whats stopping these new players from shorting us down ito oblivion and then purchasing all the shares they want on the cheap..i am very afraid...bad move in my opinion
