Don't forget, this year production will start and revenue will be booked. This alone should offer a higher share price automatically.
I don't think, that POET will tap the ATM any lower than current prices, but yes, they will use spikes to get some really needed cash.
We all knew it's required. But the current financing is IMO the best way to approach it.
The least of the evils. So, I do have the same concerns in that regards but am optimistic, as almost always. However, what I tried to explain, that this is absolutely nothing to do with previous financings and especially not with 2016. The terms are much much better now for POET and the "no warrants" is the cherry on that financing cake for most of the shareholders. Many have wished for that and the company listend.
So, one less thing to complain about. The stock market is made for companies to raise needed money, it's the whole purpose.
And this one is done well now. So, if all goes well, shareholders will benefit from those terms much more than from any previous financing.
