Accelink launched a fully owned subsidiary called Phabritek for high end optical modules. Subsidiary located in Malaysia. "Not much online about anything yet, but interesting fact is that Almae is a subsidiary of Accelink as well. Poet has had news a few years back pertaining to both Accelink as well as Almae. Hard to see what a relationship here would like like (if any at all) since it is fully owned by Accelink. If anything maybe similar to a BFYY situation…where company was created with buying from POET in mind."
I don’t know why Accelink would need a subsidiary if this was something they planned to do on their own. Bold Prediction: its for incorporating POET and Almae products together into a final product, like that 3.2Tb module Poet mentioned.
