Yea, seems like it but the number of shares is odd.
3,258,390 common shares was the 10 mil. financing. So they already bought on the open market? Or they converted most of their warrants which would be odd.
Just a thought:
Maybe they bought on the open market and saw how they pushed the SP too high. So they got in contact with Mgmt. and made a deal?
