My guess is the thought by management and the investor that the price is going to be significantly higher than the warrant exercise price within 60 days, so no need to drag it out.  Also, puts even more $ in the POET treasury faster.  When this all has transpired the anti- TM crowd need to eat a huge plate of crow. ;-)
