It has never been spelled out to me, but I would speculate it's not advantageous for Celestial or the hyperscallers to have more than the minimum required information known (especially not things like in advance pricing).

I was a little confused (but happily so) at Lazovsky's disclosure that Celestial is working directly with the big four hyperscalers.
