I was looking forward to these orders then in the last blog poet released this quote 

  • Beijing FeiYunYi Technology (BFYY): Formed with the intent to sell optical modules that feature POET 100G optical engines, BFYY’s current plan is to focus on 400G

does this mean they are no longer going forward with the 100g poet one engines and only gonna go forward with 400g?? The statement left a lot to open interpretation...
