I think everyone agrees that kxl will sell out to a major at some point.If you have any experience with this senario I would appreciate your imput.

-will the whole company go as it is

to a single bidder/group?

-would kxl be wise to break into 3 divisions before a bidder surfaces?

- and most importantly, from a Barricks/Goldcorp/Kinross/Newmont etc. perspective, when is the best time to make a run at us. Are they waiting to see if we prove up a large resource,which I assume would cost them much more? With the land package that we have would they consider taking a chance before too,too much is proven?

-Do you think a friendly or hostile takeover is the most likely senario?
