Marten Falls is about 115 directly south of McFaulds Lake while Webequie is about 75 west(slight NW) of McFaulds lake.  Portee44 gave a link to a map showing the area pretty good.

 Through Marten Falls, then Geraldton, it is a much shorter distance to Sudbury since through Webequie you end up in Pickle lake and then west of Thunder Bay. I would think that Sudbury is a better home for any nickel concentrate due to the very mixed valuable metals.

With a production of the order of 1000 tonnes of concentrate a day from a mill up there, I just can not imagine that this is stored until winter roads are ok, or shipped in any other way, except either by road or rail
