With respect to your question, you are correct, the deal was struck because, as you pointed out, they get access to a technology that otherwise would be inaccessible. The missing element is that Pyro does not own the technology, they do. We just have a right to it. So, their benefit is to develop something that has use in their specific applications. From our perspective, we are looking forward to include any improvements into our patented processes.
It is a win win situation for all.
