Drosrite contract question

Hello Peter, after reading the press release and watching the interview I am still a bit confused on the drosrite contract and which party has what responcibility. Are the payments from Drosrite International to Pyrogenesis straight license/royalty payments or does Pyro have to pay for the construction of the dross recycling units and provide them to Drosrite International as part of the deal?
