I can only provide you with what has been publicly disclosed (from our press releases/MDA/SEDI).  I cannot update that info to what is true today.  I just wanted you to be aware of that.

On November 27th, 2019 we issued our Q3/19 results, but provided the following information which was true as of November 27th, 2019 (even though the financials were only to the end of Q3):

Total Outstanding Shares = 140,566,450

Warrants = 20,007,441

Stock Options = 9,175,000

Convertible Debenture = 3,750,000

On a fully diluted basis= 173,498,891

Insiders control approximately 52%.

As of last Friday, January 24th SEDI reported that outstanding shares had increased to 141,733,450 (on a not fully diluted basis).
