Thank you for the fast response Peter.  I agree that the skill set needed to fulfill the opportunity is readily available.  The only thing is that much of the dross seemed to disappear from the market mid last year. Given your understanding, of the value of this opportunity, I was surprised that you hadn't taken advantage of it earlier.  

By the way, did you notice that the proposed valuation of PYR on Morningstar Equity went up to $1.04 and then dropped down to $.81 after your trifecta comment.  Why would their value of PYR drop by 25 % at the time of this comment.  Interesting, don't you think.
