Maybe111: By the way, the corporate valuation for PYR on Morningstar went up continuously throughout this COVID-19 scare only to drop precipitously (over CDN$30MM) just two or three days after your announcement. They are used by BMO Investments so they must have some capabilities to justify these estimations, maybe????? There are other words that might be used too.

Morning star are clueless and never right. Their analyst actually don't do anything . I am positive it's just computer-generated most of the time. It's like a tax assessor assessing a piece of land for $5 million and not take into consideration...Latent value such as high density which make it worth 100x more
Maybe111: I have no problem with your analysis. The problem I have is that they sit as an accredited analyst for BMO Investors. Some people might take them seriously. Are they intentionally manipulating the share price? If so, they are certainly not ethical. This also detracts from the credibility of Peter and his hard work. I just want to bring this to everyones attention.
