Message: Question on the conversion of warrants

Dear DHOD,

To save time I will answer below in italics:

Hi again Peter :)

Breaking down my questions into separate topics for each item so they can be discussed and absorbed atomically.

The early conversions of warrants:

When you say converted you mean exercised into shares?

Yes

If so, how many were exercised and how much dilution took place?

Current o/s shares are updated and reported regularly by the TMX on their website

I would really like to see on the website (https://www.pyrogenesis.com/stock-information/) underneath the chart on this page a detailed breakdown of the shares outstanding and fully diluted share count.

We will take that into consideration when looking at making changes to our website. In the interim, as I said above, current o/s shares are updated and reported regularly by the TMX.  Outstanding options and warrants are reported in our financials.  Together they make up fully diluted

Do you still maintain > 50% ownership? I can't remember how many warrants were outstanding and if it would even be enough to push your share of ownership under 50%

Yes

I see:

Total Shares 139.92m

Shares Outstanding 142.95m

Escrow Shares 43.71m

Why is there a discrepency between total shares and shares outstanding? I assume the escrow shares are warrants and options not yet exercised? Or are there treasurey shares or shares that have been bought back?

We do not make reference to escrow shares in any of our reporting.

Shares bought back are cancelled

What is the most up to date fully diluted share count you can share?

See above

One last question about the buyback coming in the next post too!

Thanks,

DHOD

Hope that helps,

Peter
