Are these shares being held in treasury or are they being cancelled?

Cancelled

Could these be stored in treasury for a future raise that would prevent dilution?

No, they are cancelled

What are the plans for the shares bought back?

We are thinking of having a memorial service but the date hasn’t yet been set. They had a short but remarkable existence.  They are survived by over 145MM relatives worldwide.  They will be missed by all.
