Really touched by your answers and it confirms my confidence in you and the way you manage your company.  It goes without saying that this approach may be considered in the future for smaller clients. In my profession this is possible (fixed price contract or per diem). 

As an investor with a good position I like very much that you hold a lot of shares because it proves your great confidence in your products and it reassures me a lot. It goes without saying that the same goes for your CEO.
