Thank-you for posting.

Regarding the liquid electrode, this is not something we ever looked at. I asked internally and we do not see exactly how this could be used in a torch and have not seen such in commercial torches. 

With respect to your second observation, one could technically produce graphene nanotubes using a thermal plasma. However, there are cheaper higher yield alternatives already on the market.

Might you send us a link to the Russian article you refer to? It would be interesting to learn more.
