Peter can confirm if I'm right but there is two thing here.

You can use plasma torchs to transform iron ore in pellet (PYR have a patent on that).

AND, you can use plasma torchs to transform pellet in steel. As the mill in Suede did before this year. The company is AKA... I don't remember the name?
