Hi Peter I have a few questions regarding this new joint venture. In your press release you talk about building and operating dross residue valorization facilities worldwide. Would these facilities be located on the premises of the aluminum smelters or set up in a central area to process dross from multiple smelters? Can you accept dross from smelters that use a different process other than Drosrite and you would finalize the residue treatment with this new process? Finally does this new JV encourage tolling as opposed to sales of the drosrite systems? Thanks.
