There is only so much retail investors can do to move the needle.

(My hope and wish would be that PYR were getting a good look and tire-kick by the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec -- which is aiming to reduce its carbon footprint. But players like that can afford to do a lot of DD, so any big moves would be after a lot of deliberation.)
