But the manifest said one rod, and the dimensions correlate with a coil of copper. Then I referenced Alibaba and they can be named "copper rod"

Copper is another high value market, used in nano electronics/internet/IOT/5G/EV Engines, etc

So I'm taking a stab and saying it's a bundle of copper rod wire for a client that wants to see how good the copper 3d powder can be.
