I was doing some further reading on the Drosrite deal and came across the below on another forum...
According to a VP of the company the 4 undelivered Drosrite units take up 30,000 sq ft (with 30' ceilings!)
So I looked at what PYR says about their physical space and they list 2 facilities of 3800 m² and 2940 m² for a total of 6740 m², which works out to 72,500 sq ft.
Nearly HALF of their facility space is taken up for years by unshipped, unpaid for Drosrite systems?! Good lord.
Or have they rented / leased further storage space? Who is paying for this storage?
This isn't just a matter of unpaid receivables, this is costing them serious money! 30,000 sq ft of space isn't cheap. They're literally paying monthly for this customer to not pay their bill.
MidtownGuy It's facility-oriented. Until their space is done, there's simply nowhere for them to put them. You'd think that would be odd given how large these aluminum plants are, but each area is precise and they don't have storage in the way we would think or hope.

@MidtownGuy Plus these things are so big you don't want to be moving them twice. Peter and Co are working every week on a solution with the client. Hopefully soon.
