I agree with you to a point but every land purchase should add some shareholder upside even if we get taken out. Especially if that land is in an area of major discoveries. If you look at the big picture here, we are building shareholder value which is exactly what we want. MB didn't say he would do it in one day, one year, or five years. I think by mid 2010 we'll be able to see where we are headed and if that direction is going to bennefit shareholders. We've just hit the bottom of the worst recession in our history and we have to give a bit more time to let the trillions of dollars that are still on the sidelined find their way back into the market. Then maybe we'll see the valuations that we saw last year prior to the crash.
