By the tone of your posts lately, you must have a high entry point tahn today's current sp.You have two options.... sell or hold. If your entry point is higher then the aquisition will add to the sp which will get you closer th where you want to be. If your entry point was lower like mine then sit back and enjoy any press release you get that could have bennefits to it.
