I read this last night, thanks for posting it though!

I think it being that low is unreasonable to the gov't of Quebec and the people...but, I also think that royalties need to fluctuate with the price of gas and depending on the hedging of companies. It doesn't make sense for a royalty to be 15% when gas prices are low and doesn't make sense if royalties are 5% when gas prices are $8.

I do however believe that there should be low royalties in the first few years as incentive for the drillings that are investing billions.
